The Power of Being You Team, provides non-clinical life coaching and emotional support services via phone and text. We are not licensed mental health professionals, therapists, or medical providers. We do not diagnose, treat, or cure any mental health conditions or illnesses.
By choosing to work with The Power of Being You Team, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older to use our services and agree to our Terms and Conditions.
- Service Scope
Our services are designed for emotional support, goal-setting, motivation, and personal and professional development.
- We do not offer clinical therapy, counseling, or medical advice. If you are in crisis, experiencing suicidal thoughts, or need professional intervention, please call 911 or contact one of the national resources above.
- Confidentiality & Data Protection
Your information is kept private and confidential. We will never sell or share your personal information. All communication is subject to our Privacy Policy.
- Terms and Conditions
You must agree to our Terms and Conditions before using our services. By booking or using our services, you consent to our policies, including communication methods, boundaries, and limitations of support.
- Payment & Refund Policy
All sessions and support services are paid before your appointment.
Payments are non-refundable unless you cancel your appointment within 2 hours before your appointment start time. The client can reschedule their appointment within 2 hours of their scheduled appointment.
- Communication Expectations
Phone and text-based support is by appointment only. Response times outside of your scheduled appointment may vary and could take up to 24 hours. If you have a life threatening emergency please call 911 or go to your nearest hospital. Inappropriate, abusive, or threatening behavior will result in immediate termination of services without refund.
